Cancellation and Refund Policy

For Corcovado, Caño Island, and Mangrove Tours

• Cancellations 15 days before the tour: 70% refund of the total payment.

• Cancellations 10 days before the tour: 50% refund of the total payment.

• Cancellations 5 days or less before the tour: No refund.

For Overnight at Sirena Station, Corcovado

• Cancellations at any time: 50% refund of the total payment.

• Cancellations 5 days or less before the tour: No refund.

Non-Refundable Under Any Circumstances

1. Park entrance fees, lodging, and meals at Corcovado National Park.

2. Entrance fees to Caño Island Biological Reserve.

For Night Tours, Birdwatching, and Whale & Dolphin Watching

• Cancellations 4 days before or more: 100% refund (if the payment method does not charge transfer fees).

• Cancellations 3 days or less before the tour: 50% refund.

Important Notes

• All the above applies if the payment was made in cash.

• If payment was made by card, any taxes or transaction fees charged by the platform will be deducted from the refundable amount.
